Although it has been present for a while in Croatia, the vintage and retro (sub)culture has recently become more dynamic and appealing to younger people. „Uspon i pad SFT-a“ (Croatia, Art radionica Lazareti i Audiovizualni centar Dubrovnik, 2023),
D: Rela Petric, 36′
An interesting tale of a determined musical ensemble from Dubrovnik that discovered hope while working for economic success. On the verge of the conclusion of only one of the many adventures that SFT still has to go on, they reflect back on their past experiences. If this is the perfect world, these individuals would be the mockumentary genre’s most sympathetic weeds. With the writers present, we see film at the festival’s opening night.

„Dalibor Trojak Show Metal Fest“ (Croatia, Dalibor Trojak, 2023),
D: Dalibor Trojak, 45′
The Koprivnica music scene is unquestionably the most intriguing CRO story right now, and Dalibor Trojak holds a particular position in the KC underworld. Not just for his participation in the cult band Anal Psoriasis, but also for his podcasts and a follow-up YT video engagement, He established the Metal Fest in June of last year. Seven bands, including notorious Trobec’s Bread Ovens and Phantasmagoria, performed in the club F.U.N.K. We proudly present a brief account of the event in the author’s company.

„Opa! Videomusic Magazin – EP:Big Uglyville Scene“ (Croatia, Poanta priče, 2023),
D: Romano D.Franto, 68′
We have already had the pleasure of meeting Romano on numerous occasions, so it will be extra special gift for us to be the first festival ever to show an omnibus that details his tumultuous long-term d.i.y career as an actor, poet, philosopher, comic, and musician. An great exposition of the music, film, and performance projects that Romano, together with more than 50 other musicians from all genres, completed between 2005 and the present and performed at dozens of festivals (as well as individual homes, streets, and balconies). Proudly, with author, first time – ever.
